Introduction
These Terms of Sales ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Filo, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through Filo (the "Services").
Remember that Filo is free to use, but we also offer a premium subscription plan that unlocks additional features. By using Filo, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference.
Paid Products
Some of the Products provided on Filo, as part of the Service, are provided on the basis of payment.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay Filo the monthly or annual subscription fees indicated for that service. Payments will be charged on a pre-pay basis on the day you sign up for a subscription and will cover the use of that service for a monthly or annual subscription period as indicated. Subscription fees can be refunded, more information about refunds can be found in the Refund Policy section.
Unless you notify Filo before the end of the applicable subscription period that you want to cancel a subscription, your subscription will automatically renew and you authorize us to collect the then-applicable annual or monthly subscription fee for such subscription (as well as any taxes) using any credit card or another payment mechanism we have on record for you. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, and you will continue to have access to the service through the end of the subscription period.
Product Descriptions
Filo attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Filo does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of any Filo Service is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Filo itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to cancel your subscription.
Descriptions of the products are subject to change without notice, at the sole discretion of Filo.
Filo reserves the right, at any time, to modify, suspend, or discontinue the sale of any product with or without notice.
Filo shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the sale of any product.
Purchase of Products
By purchasing a product, you agree to pay Filo the one-time and/or monthly or annual subscription fees indicated (additional payment terms may be included in other communications). Subscription payments will be charged on a pre-pay basis on the day you sign up for an Upgrade and will cover the use of that service for a monthly or annual subscription period as indicated. Payments are refundable, more information about refunds can be found in the Refund Policy section.
Purchase Process
The purchase process is as follows:
- Users select the product they want to purchase.
- Users are redirected to the payment gateway.
- Users complete the payment process.
- Users receive the product.
Order Submission
When you complete the purchase process, you are making an offer to purchase the product from Filo. Your offer is accepted and a contract is formed between Filo and you when Filo sends you an notification confirming that your order has been accepted and the product has been delivered.
Filo reserves the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time and for any reason.
Prices
Users are responsible for paying all fees and applicable taxes associated with the purchase of the product. Including but not limited to:
- Value Added Tax (VAT).
- Delivery fees.
- Customs fees.
- Import fees.
- Other taxes.
Payment Methods
Filo accepts the following payment methods:
- Credit Card.
- Debit Card.
- PayPal.
- Other Payment Methods.
The payment methods available to you may change depending on your country or region.
By submitting an order, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us, or our third-party payment processor, to charge your order (including taxes, delivery fees, customs fees, import fees, and other applicable fees) to that payment method. If the payment method cannot be verified, is invalid, or is otherwise not acceptable, your order may be suspended or canceled.
You must resolve any problem we encounter in order to proceed with your order.
All payments are processed by third-party payment processors. By submitting an order, you agree to be bound by the terms of service and privacy policy of the third-party payment processor.
Retention of Product Ownership
Products purchased from Filo are owned by Filo until the product is delivered to the user.
Once the product is delivered to the user, the user becomes the owner of the product.
Retention of Usage Rights
Users don't acquire any rights to use the purchased Product until the total purchase price is received by the Owner.
Delivery
Delivery of Digital Products
Unless otherwise specified, all products are delivered digitally. Digital products are delivered to the email address associated with your account for the Service.
Delivery of digital products is subject to the availability of the product. Filo reserves the right to change the availability of any product at any time, without notice.
Performed Services
Unless otherwise specified, all services are performed remotely. Services are performed at the time and date agreed upon by the user and Filo.
Contract Duration
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are valid for the period of time indicated at the time of purchase. Details regarding the type of subscription and termination are provided below.
One-Time Purchases
One-time purchases are valid for the period of time indicated at the time of purchase. Details regarding the type of subscription and termination are provided below.
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew for the same period of time as the original subscription term. The renewal rate will be the same as the prior term's rate, unless Filo notifies you at least 30 days prior to the end of the subscription term. The renewal rate will be charged automatically to the payment method you have on file with Filo.
Termination
Subscriptions can be terminated at any time, and you will continue to have access to the service through the end of the subscription period.
Refund Policy
Subscriptions can be refunded within 5 days of the purchase date. Keep in mind that refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to the sole discretion of Filo.
Filo reserves the right to refuse a refund request if we find that the request is fraudulent or if we find that the user is abusing the refund policy.
Refunds are a One-Time-Only offer. If you request a refund for a subscription, you will not be able to request a refund for the same subscription again.
